D91, D92 series is the latest blade spindle developed by Liang-fang Company. It is designed with special supporting device for wharves, with which the bobbin’s bottom can be fastened by centrifugal force and spring force. It can solve the big problem of difficult to pulling the bobbin. The spindles can run stably at high speed and prolong the life because of adopting new footstep bearing device. Using this series, high speed, high quality, high efficiency and energy saving can be achieved.

Steady while spinning and easy-doffing after stop.
Two bearing units, radial and axial bearing, lie in the bolster. Flat blade point, improving the load-carrying capacity and stopping axial movement.
All these spindles are equipped with new brakes for operators convenience. The efficiency and the quality of splicing can be improved.
Metal elastic sleeve connecting construct adopted. Neck bearings are fixed, footstep bushes have the functions of self-centering crosswise and absorbing shock lengthwise.
Firm and reliable elastic unit preventing from burn-out and fatigue.
With position step under bolster flange, spindle house and bearing rail hole are coordinated installation, without correcting the center of the spindle. 
Operation speed: 6000~25000r/min.
