D81, D82 series is the latest blade spindle developed by Liang-fang Company. It is designed with special supporting device for wharves, with which the bobbin’s bottom can be fastened by centrifugal force and spring force. It can stop the jumping of bobbin at high speed and solve the big problem of difficult to pulling the bobbin, which occurs for normal blade type spindles, so that the life of this series spindle is prolonged. Using this series, high speed, high quality and high efficiency can be achieved.

All these spindles are equipped with new brakes for operators convenience. The efficiency and the quality of splicing can be improved.
Metal elastic sleeve connecting construct adopted. Neck bearings are fixed, footstep bushes have the functions of self-centering crosswise and absorbing shock lengthwise.
With position step under bolster flange, spindle house and bearing rail hole are coordinated installation, without correcting the center of the spindle. M25×1.5mm bolster screw improves the strength of suspended bolster house vertically, resulting in running smooth of spindle at high speed.  Preventing bolster house from brakeage effectively.
