LFD42 series cotton spinning spindle were developed by absorbing advantages of HF spindle insert.
The fixing dimension of the whole spindle is the same as that of the D12,D32,ZD32,LFD32 series spindle.
With position step under bolster flange, spindle house and bearing rail hole are coordinated installation, without correcting the center of the spindle. M25×1.5mm bolster screw improves the strength of suspended bolster house vertically, resulting in running smooth of spindle at high speed.  Preventing bolster house from brakeage effectively.
Buffer element in lengthwise in the insert for absorbing and preventing shock.  Suitable to ring spinning frame of group doffer.
Unique technology for combining elastic tube with spindle bearing chuck, being in line between neck bearing and footstep bearing in the spindle house.
